Example
A Client comes in weighing 259 Lbs.
BCA Readings are:  Lean Mass is 171 Lbs.; Fat Mass is 88 Lbs.
You and the Client agree that the target will be 20% Fat (acceptable)

                                               Fat to Lose    =   (88 – 43) + 8(appr. glycogen)
                                                                      =   45 + 8
                                                                      =   53 Pounds
