I will review these items with each clinic.


1)      GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Do You Have a Mission Statement (How you want to help in your community, for example)?  This can be displayed on your Client Invoices.  
D Y H Business Objectives (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)? Are you tracking them?

2)      MARKETING MATERIALS

D Y H Ideal Protein Web Site and Social Media package or equivalent?
D Y H Posters, Pull Up Banners, Body Fat Prop, Wall of fame, Total Weight loss and Inches Lost Board displayed?
D Y H Brochures and Information Docs available?
D Y H a Recipe handout available with a new recipe each week?
D Y H Dr. Tran's book and Chef Verati's "My Ideal Recipes" handy?

2)      PROMOTIONAL INITIATIVES / TOOLS

D Y H a sign promoting the BCA? Is it easily accessible for Quick Reads?
D Y H all I P Products displayed and have samples available?
D Y H regular Workshops, signup sheets for Workshops, & adequate space?
D Y H a dieter referral program? Is it promoted regularly?
D Y H an email or regular mail newsletter (Recipes & promotion of Workshops)?
Does all staff know the elevator pitch?
Do you attend referral group meetings? Do you go to Chamber of Commerce or other "After 5:00 PM" type referral events?

3)      ORDERING & CONSULTATIONS

D Y H have a consistent Initial Consultation Script, including explaining the protocol,
going over Phase 1, & reviewing side effects?
D Y H a firm understanding of the Health Profile and Contraindications?
D Y H Health Profiles on file to email to prospective clients?
D Y H complete Initial Consultation Folders
D Y H Order Forms readily available and a process to accept orders and have them made up prior to clinic visit?
D Y H an Inventory Control (such as the I P POS ) System?
D Y H a complete Inventory (including all flavours and supplements)?
Does a client have access by email to his or her coach?

4)      DIETER FILES / WEEKLY FOLLOW UP TOOLS

D Y H your own complete File for each dieter , including signed Health Profile, before pictures and after, when completed), lab reports (when needed), BCA reports, measurement progress sheets up to date, phone logs of first week calls, previous "Daily Journals".
Do You go over the weekly questions with each client?

5)      ONGOING TRAINING, AND SUPPORT  TOOLS USE
                
Do You (and all coaches) :
Have Level 1 Training?
Attend Super Weekends - (Level 2 & 3 Training)?
Attend monthly Clinic Calls?
Know how to utilize the Online Support System?
